Days 1 -2
From Windhoek, head south to the Namib Desert to stay two nights at Kulala Tented Camp, Sossusvlei. On day 2 travel along the Tsauchab River bed to see the towering 'star' dunes surrounding Sossusvlei, and climb 'Big Daddy' one of the longest sand dunes in the world.

Days 3 - 4
Journey north via the Kuiseb Canyon to overnight at Swakopmund on the coast. En route, visit Moon Landscape and the Welwitschia plants, arriving late in the afternoon.
The Hansa Hotel, 2 nights accommodation on a full board basis.
Travel north up the Skeleton Coast and visit the Cape Cross Seal Colony, home to thousands of Cape fur seals. Pass shipwreck sites along the windy, desolate coastline and travel inland to stay two nights at Damaraland Camp, where you have the opportunity to track desert-adapted elephant.

Days 6 - 7
Drive to Palmwag Rhino Camp for 2 nights tracking the desert rhino with Save the Rhino trackers.

Days 8 - 9
Visit Twyfelfontein and the rock engravings. Travel on to the Ongava Game Reserve, which borders Etosha, to stay two nights at Ongava Tented Camp. Etosha covers an area of 22,000 square kilometres and offers excellent game viewing.
